Prior to joining Willow Tree, Mr. Liu was an Investment Associate at PGIM Private Credit where he supported underwriting and portfolio monitoring across private placement, direct lending, and mezzanine financings for middle-market and corporate borrowers. Mr. Liu holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
