Ms. Gaede joined Willow Tree in 2017. Previously, Ms. Gaede served as Head of Merchandising in the luxury apparel sector leading cross-functional initiatives that integrated financial strategy with sales and marketing operations and focused on the alignment of global financial planning with operational execution to drive revenue growth and brand expansion across international markets. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Luxury Marketing from New York University.
